Successful summer days don't start when new summer arrives

They will start as soon as the previous ones are over.
Summer days are one of the most anticipated events of the year for a company. Or at least they should be. In practice, however, summer days too often become an obligation – for both participants and organizers. The truth is simple: successful summer days are not born from last-minute decisions. They are born when planning begins essentially immediately after the previous ones have ended and a professional team is assembled to organize them.
Planning earlier = more freedom, less stress later
If you start planning your summer events early, the best venues and performers are still available, the budget stays under control, ideas have time to mature, and you don't have to make compromises that you'll regret later.
Organizers must also be able to be participants
Whether it's HR, office manager or marketing manager, no one should have to work during the summer. When the event is organized by professionals, all employees of the company can be truly present and enjoy being with their colleagues.
A summer day shouldn't be a mandatory pastime
Successful summer days are those where people want to come. Not because they have to, but because the program is inclusive and the atmosphere is relaxed. The program must offer something for everyone, while also leaving enough time to just be and enjoy the company.
Weather doesn't ruin a party. Lack of planning does.
You can't control the weather in Estonia. You can control your preparedness. The prerequisite for successful summer days is always a strong plan B and often a plan C as well.
Well-organized summer days last longer than one day
If the summer days are successful, they will be talked about in the fall. This is a sign that the event was not just done, but was truly effective. This creates the prerequisites for the success of the following summer days.
